Deep Instinct Partners with PAGO Networks to Bring Deep Learning Cybersecurity to Korean Market

SEOUL, KOREA, November 24, 2020 – Deep Instinct, the first and only cybersecurity company to apply end-to-end deep learning to predict, identify, and prevent cyberattacks, today announced an agreement with PAGO Networks as its distributor in Korea to serve partners and customers in the region.

PAGO Networks is adding Deep Instinct’s deep learning endpoint security solution to the PAGO DeepACT managed detection and response service to deliver higher prevention capabilities.

While traditional security solutions are known for primarily guarding against known threats and helping identify a cyber attack once it has already breached a system, Deep Instinct uses a patented deep learning platform that is trained to identify and prevent sophisticated, and advanced cyber threats like zero-day threats that have not been seen before, advanced persistent threats (APTs), and ransomware attacks demanding payments to restore systems. Threats are prevented anywhere within the enterprise from any type of cyber attack in zero-time with unmatched accuracy and speed helping to prevent the high economic cost of a cybersecurity breach.

“The combination of PAGO Networks’ capabilities with the power of Deep Instinct’s technology gives our partners and customers comprehensive protection against cyberattacks,” said Paul Kwon, CEO of PAGO Networks. “We’ll see higher levels of prevention with lower false-positive results across a broad range of user endpoints that include PCs, smartphones, mobile point-of-sale (POS) devices, and servers.”

“PAGO Networks has the necessary skills, product insight, and market knowledge to help us expand our next-generation artificial intelligence deep learning technology to partners and customers in Korea,” said Guy Caspi, CEO, and co-founder of Deep Instinct. “We look forward to  PAGO Networks joining in our mission to transform cybersecurity with deep learning technology that focuses on prevention of attacks before they are executed as opposed to the traditional mindset of detection and response, which is simply inadequate today.”

About Deep Instinct

Deep Instinct is the first and only company applying end-to-end deep learning to cybersecurity. Deep learning is inspired by the brain’s ability to learn. Once a brain learns to identify an object, its identification becomes second nature. Similarly, as Deep Instinct’s artificial deep neural network brain learns to prevent any type of cyber threat, its prediction capabilities become instinctive. As a result, any kind of malware, known and new, first-seen malware, zero-days, ransomware, and APT (advanced persistent threat) attacks from any kind are predicted and prevented in zero-time with unmatched accuracy and speed anywhere in the enterprise – network, endpoint, mobile – enabling multi-layered protection.
