Mr. Caspi is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer & Serial Entrepreneur. He has spearheaded companies in senior positions through entire life cycles; from start-up, accelerate growth and up to IPO in Nasdaq. Mr. Caspi is a thought leader with in-depth knowledge computer science Deep Learning AI assimilation in Cyber Security & Big Data Analysis, combined with a unique strong Go-To-Market execution experience. Mr. Caspi has 25 years of experience in Nasdaq technology corporates and in his past, he was 17 years CPO, COO, BU GM, and later move to business as CRO and Corp Dev. Mr. Caspi has a strong computer sciences & financial background a Master from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and he finished successfully the joint MIT Sloan Business school / Israeli Technion Institute as the 1 years Global Executive Program.
In 2017 Mr. Caspi selected as Tech Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in Davos. In 2018 Mr. Caspi was nominated as a board member of the prestigious Forbes Magazine Technology Council.

Dr. Eli David is a leading expert in the field of computational intelligence, specializing in deep learning (neural networks) and evolutionary computation. He has published more than thirty papers in leading artificial intelligence journals and conferences, mostly focusing on applications of deep learning and genetic algorithms in various real-world domains. For the past ten years, he has been teaching courses on deep learning and evolutionary computation, in addition to supervising the research of graduate students in these fields. He has also served in numerous capacities successfully designing, implementing, and leading deep learning based projects in real-world environments.

Dr. David is the developer of Falcon, a grandmaster-level chess playing program based on genetic algorithms and deep learning. The program reached the second place in World Computer Speed Chess Championship. He received the Best Paper Award in 2008 Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference, the Gold Award in the prestigious “Humies” Awards for Human-Competitive Results in 2014, and the Best Paper Award in 2016 International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks.



Mr. Maman brings 15 years of experience in customer-driven businesses and technical leadership. He has a proven track record in managing technical complex cyber projects, including design and execution, pre-sales and post-sales. Mr. Maman held various senior management positions in Check Point Software technologies for over six years. He was responsible for global technical services. Mr. Maman has vast hands-on experience with data security, network design, and implementation of complex heterogeneous environments. He was an intelligence officer in a well-known IDF technological cyber unit for seven years. Mr. Maman was recruited to Israel’s top technology intelligence unit, where he led design and establishment of military data security infrastructures and platforms. As an officer, Mr. Maman received an award for his excellence in leadership and performance.

Brooks Wallace

VP of Sales

Brooks is a cybersecurity sales leader with more than 20 year’s experience building a successful business to business sales teams across EMEA. Before joining Deep Instinct, Brooks held several senior sales leadership roles including VP Sales at start-up Trusted Knight, selling agentless endpoint protection and as VP Sales at Trustwave as the first employee in EMEA, growing the business across four regions before it was sold to Singtel in 2015. Brooks has a Bachelor of Landscape Architecture from the University of Illinois, Champaign-Urbana, and spent two years at the University of Mississippi studying International Business and Finance where he was also in the Sigma Chi Fraternity.



Koichiro has worked in Cyber Security for more than 2 decades, including leadership roles at major startups. Most recently Koichiro was the Sr SE Director for Cylance, where he initiated, grew and led the team in Japan for over 3 years. Prior to Cylance, Koichiro was at Palo Alto Networks from its inception in Japan, where he hired, built and ran the Japanese team to great success for 8 years. Prior to Palo Alto, Koichiro worked for Juniper Networks, Netscreen and Check Point in various roles across APAC & Japan. Koichiro graduated from Nagoya University where he researched on neural network and received a Bachelor of Information Technology degree.

Naama brings to Deepinstinct a vast experience in establishing and developing effective Finance and Accounting operations in a variety of settings in both technology and biotechnology companies.

Prior to Joining Deepinstinct, Naama held various leading accounting positions for several high-tech and biotech companies where she was involved in several rounds of fund raising.
At the leading accounting firms of PwC Israel, Naama was instrumental in both the audit and tax departments providing guidance and expertise in the ongoing review and audit of quarterly and annual financial reports and frequent consultation on tax matters.

Naama holds a B.A. in Finance Accounting from Tel Aviv university and a B.Mus in Piano performance and is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jonathan is a marketing and business development professional with extensive experience in the global communications and software industry.

Before Joining Deep Instinct, Jonathan previously headed marketing for Amdocs Digital, Intelligence & BSS division. He was responsible for defining, creating and implementing the division’s marketing and business strategy, thought leadership and roadmap. His role includes working closely with customers, helping them to devise strategies and business models for their organizations. Before joining Amdocs, Jonathan worked in consultancy, specializing in business and marketing strategy.

Jonathan holds an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev and a B.Sc. in industrial engineering from Tel Aviv University.

Adam Mittler

Adam Mittler has more than 20 years of experience in building and leading large global technical cyber organizations to excellence – Prior to Deep Instinct Adam spent a year as the VP of Technical Services at Cyberbit, 4 years as the Worldwide VP of Technical Services & IT at Tufin and 13 years at Check Point Software Technologies in various technical and leadership positions, including various R&D management positions, Director of International Technical Assistance Center and Head of Worldwide Partner Alliances. Prior to Check Point, Adam spent four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Ministry of Defense and four years as a computer engineer for the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

Reut Rubinstein

Ms. Rubinstein is a seasoned Human Resources leader with over 10 years’ experience in large and medium size companies in a wide range of professional domains in different industries.

She has a proven track record in establishing scalable, successful and fast growing organizations. Before joining Deep Instinct, in her role as HR Business Partner for the R&D division at Zerto, she took an instrumental part in supporting the growth of her division from tens to hundreds of employees in three years, while building global company-wide long term infrastructure in areas ranging from recruitment to training, talent development, leadership coaching, recreation, organizational innovation and culture.

Before that she held training and organizational development roles in 2 F25 companies in Israel with strong global business.

Reut holds a B.A. in Psychology with distinction from Haifa University’s honors program.

Shimon Noam Oren


Shimon Noam Oren is a cyber security expert with experience in research and operations, both offensive and defensive. Prior to joining Deep Instinct in 2016 Shimon served for 14 years as an officer in the IDF’s elite cyber unit 8200. Shimon’s background includes a wide range of cyber security and research positions, where he managed multifunctional teams of hackers, researchers and engineers. Shimon led the development of new methods and tools for the analysis of cyber-campaigns, as well as a series of innovative cyber intelligence collection capabilities. Over the years Shimon has worked extensively with a variety of industry, defense and intelligence partners and agencies in North America and Europe. He is a recipient of the President of Israel Award for Outstanding Military Service, holds a B.Sc (Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering  from Ben Gurion University and MBA (Cum Laude) in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Michael Plawner

A respected thought leader in the space, he brings extensive experience establishing, transforming, and increasing the value, of several leading-edge organizations’ post-sales functions.

Prior to joining Deep Instinct, Mr. Plawner served as VP of Professionals Services and Customer Success at Varonis. In that role, he led a large-scale transformation of the data security and analytics company’s professional services organization.

Throughout his career, Mr. Plawner has led a series of transformative initiatives in a number of companies – from establishing to expanding the service portfolios – to making the organization more effective, customer-focused, and profitable.

Michael Plawner holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.

Arie Sholomon

Arie oversees and supervises all development and innovation efforts by the company, working to direct R&D teams with the right methodology, process, version scheduling, and deadline management. Arie for many years worked as a senior officer in the IDF’s prestigious Cyber Unit, running complex cyber development challenges. He joined Deep Instinct 3 and a half years ago.

Mrs. Marelly has extensive experience in advising public and private companies on all aspects of Corporate Law, Security Law and regulation of Capital Markets.

Before joining Deep Instinct, Mrs. Marelly was part of the corporate and securities department as well as the infrastructure department at Raved Magriso Benkel & Co. Law Offices in Tel Aviv, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and security matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, corporate finance, representing a broad array of companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities as well as other general corporate matters. In addition, Mrs. Marelly has extensive experience in complex infrastructure projects in a variety of fields.

Ms. Marelly holds an L.L.B in Law & B.B.A in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Israel.
