Guy Caspi

Vice Chairman

Mr. Caspi is a seasoned CEO and serial entrepreneur with 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology in roles spanning from tech to business, including CRO and corporate development. He has lead companies in senior positions at various levels of growth, ranging from early-stage startups through IPO. Caspi is a thought leader with deep domain expertise in computer science, deep learning, AI assimilation in cybersecurity, and big data analysis combined with strong GTM execution. Caspi was selected as a Technology Pioneer by the World Economic Forum in Davos in 2017 and in 2018 was nominated as a board member of the prestigious Forbes Magazine Technology Council. He has a Masters degree from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem and completed a Global Executive Program from the joint MIT Sloan Business School / Israeli Technion Institute.



Mr. Maman brings 15 years of experience in customer-driven businesses and technical leadership. He has a proven track record in managing technical complex cyber projects, including design and execution, pre-sales and post-sales. Maman held various senior management positions in Check Point Software technologies for over six years. He was responsible for global technical services. Maman has vast hands-on experience with data security, network design, and implementation of complex heterogeneous environments. He was an intelligence officer in a well-known IDF technological cyber unit for seven years. Maman was recruited to Israel’s top technology intelligence unit, where he led design and establishment of military data security infrastructures and platforms. As an officer,Maman received an award for his excellence in leadership and performance.


Tel Aviv

Dr. David is a leading expert in the field of computational intelligence, specializing in deep learning (neural networks) and evolutionary computation. He has published more than thirty papers in leading artificial intelligence journals and conferences, mostly focusing on applications of deep learning and genetic algorithms in various real-world domains. For the past ten years, he has been teaching courses on deep learning and evolutionary computation, in addition to supervising the research of graduate students in these fields. He has also served in numerous capacities successfully designing, implementing, and leading deep learning-based projects in real-world environments.

Dr. David is the developer of Falcon, a grandmaster-level chess playing program based on genetic algorithms and deep learning. The program reached the second place in World Computer Speed Chess Championship. He received the Best Paper Award in 2008 Genetic and Evolutionary Computation Conference, the Gold Award in the prestigious “Humies” Awards for Human-Competitive Results in 2014, and the Best Paper Award in 2016 International Conference on Artificial Neural Networks.

Ryan Shopp

Mr. Shopp brings more than 20 years of marketing and security expertise. He previously built and led global teams as a marketing executive for AppDynamics and New Relic leading up to a successful acquisition & IPO and further scaling. Prior to that, he served as the VP & CMO of CA Technologies EMEA based out of Switzerland. He is a seasoned executive in the IT & Security Operations domain with vast experience spanning product marketing, demand generation and product management. Shopp is a proud graduate of Texas A&M University earning a Bachelors of Science in Electrical Engineering.

Heather Bellini

Ms. Bellini was formerly a managing director and partner at Goldman Sachs, leading its Technology Research Group. Bellini led the research diligence and investor education IPO process for over 20 companies with their initial public offerings, including Atlassian, Crowdstrike, Dropbox, Facebook, MongoDB, Slack Technologies, VMware and Zoom Video Communications. She was named to the inaugural Barron’s 100 Most Influential Women in Finance in 2020, is a founding member of the Women’s Circle at Columbia Business School, and a member of the steering committee for the Jacobs Technion-Cornell Institute at Cornell Tech.

Shimon Noam Oren


Mr Oren is a cyber security expert with experience in research and operations, both offensive and defensive. Prior to joining Deep Instinct in 2016 Oren served for 14 years as an officer in the IDF’s elite cyber unit 8200. Oren’s background includes a wide range of cyber security and research positions, where he managed multifunctional teams of hackers, researchers and engineers. Oren led the development of new methods and tools for the analysis of cyber-campaigns, as well as a series of innovative cyber intelligence collection capabilities. Over the years of has worked extensively with a variety of industry, defense, and intelligence partners and agencies in North America and Europe. He is a recipient of the President of Israel Award for Outstanding Military Service, holds a B.Sc (Magna Cum Laude) in Electrical Engineering  from Ben Gurion University and MBA (Cum Laude) in Finance and Accounting from Tel Aviv University.

Arie Sholomon

Mr Sholomon oversees and supervises all development and innovation efforts by the company, working to direct R&D teams with the right methodology, process, version scheduling, and deadline management. Sholomon for many years worked as a senior officer in the IDF’s prestigious Cyber Unit, running complex cyber development challenges. He joined Deep Instinct back in 2016.

Ms. Guy is a senior HR and Management Development professional with more than 15 years experience in global multicultural business environments. She has held various high-profile senior HR leadership roles in large global corporations and brings vast experience in leading change management, talent development, HR operations, and organizational culture to Deep Instinct. Business driven and people focused, Guy has significant knowledge in developing and leading People solutions to support high-growth companies to meet aggressive business targets.



Tel Aviv

Mrs. Marelly has extensive experience in advising public and private companies on all aspects of Corporate Law, Security Law, and regulation of Capital Markets.

Before joining Deep Instinct,  Marelly was part of the corporate and securities department as well as the infrastructure department at Raved Magriso Benkel & Co. Law Offices in Tel Aviv, where she worked on a wide variety of corporate and security matters, including public and private mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions, corporate finance, representing a broad array of companies in their day-to-day legal and business activities as well as other general corporate matters. In addition,  Marelly has extensive experience in complex infrastructure projects in a variety of fields.

Marelly holds an L.L.B in Law & B.B.A in Business Administration from the Interdisciplinary Center, Israel.
